Isabel Studer, director of the Mexico Alliance of the University of California, pointed out that the main claim of COP27 is climate justice and compensation by the most polluting countries has been discussed. She pointed out the lack of financing and a double discourse of the nations but recognized the innovation of NGOs and civil society.
