Paul Almeida (UC Merced) and Jorge Cadena Roa (UNAM) served as coordinators for Issue No. 122 of the Revista Mexicana de Politíca Exterior on Elections and Social Movements in Latin America. The issue includes contributions from researchers at UC Merced, UC Santa Barbara, and UC Los Angeles, who worked with colleagues in Mexico, Chile, and Honduras to identify the complex relationships between social movements, political parties, elections, governmental actions, the performance of legislatures and democratic governance and processes of co-evolution.
Climate Ambassadors is a UC Alianza MX initiative to build a network of students of the University of California and Mexican institutions and connect them with career opportunities within the new climate economy and society.
