Verónica is a Master of Public Policy from UC Berkeley. She is currently an Associate Director of NERA Economic Consulting and has 20 years of experience in energy regulatory and strategic issues. She assists her clients with issues related to energy regulation and contracts, energy markets, damages, valuations, disputes and arbitrations. She served as Undersecretary of Planning and Energy Transition in Mexico (2012). While attending UC Berkeley, she worked for the California Public Utilities Commission.
