He has a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley. He is currently the Director of the Collaborative Innovation Laboratory (LINNCO) of the Anáhuac Mayab University, a laboratory in which he promotes collective intelligence, collaboration and the co-creation of dynamics to address complex and systemic challenges in the Southeast of Mexico. He is the former Regional Director of CONACyT in Southeast Mexico.
Climate Ambassadors is a UC Alianza MX initiative to build a network of students of the University of California and Mexican institutions and connect them with career opportunities within the new climate economy and society.
Climate Ambassadors work together on crossborder climate, sustainability and social justice challenges, building a network for impact.
