Arturo is a Master and Doctor from Yale University. He holds a degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley. He is currently the General Director of Universia México, as well as the Executive Director of Santander Universidades. He is considered one of the greatest experts in the field of higher education in Mexico, and has served as an advisor to important political actors in both Mexico and Latin America.
